What is the typical delivery timeframe for my lighting order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do your lighting fixtures come with a warranty?
Yes, all Mases Lighting products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Some specific LED ranges and designer fixtures may carry extended warranties of up to 5 years.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and have not been installed. Please note that custom-made or clearance items may be excluded.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Bulbs are included only if specified in the product description. For fixtures with integrated LEDs, the light source is built-in. For traditional socket fixtures, we offer a wide range of compatible LED bulbs for separate purchase.
Do I need a licensed electrician to install my new lights?
For safety and warranty purposes, all hardwired lighting fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician. DIY installation is only recommended for 'plug-and-play' products like table lamps and floor lamps.
